Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All Sacred Ornaments jewels are hand-made in Bali, Indonesia, and are displayed on the website according to stock. Once you place your order your package will be packed and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. It can take up to 2 weeks for the package to reach you depending on the country you are in and your local customs.
For all orders made within the European Union, a flat shipping rate of 15$ will apply and a flat rate of 5$ will apply for all orders made within France. International orders deliveries can take up to 14 business days from dispatch to delivery depending on the destination country and the international shipping rate is 20$. Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier. *Due to the Covid-19 global situation note that shipping might be disrupted*
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Please note that your order does not include any taxes, duties, or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country. Please make yourself aware of any charges that may apply before purchasing your jewels.
ERROR IN DELIVERY
If Sacred Ornaments jewelry delivers an article different from the one ordered, or if the article is damaged or defective, the customer must notify Sacred Ornaments of this within 24hours of receiving the article to send pictures and proof to contact@sacredornamenrsbali.com. Sacred Ornaments shall replace the purchased item and will send it by post free of charge. Any damage that occurred during shipping will not be under Sacred Ornaments’ responsibility. The customer is responsible for providing the right address during check out at www.sacredornamentsbali.com. In case of wrong address due to the customers' fault and the package is returned to Sacred Ornaments, additional shipping costs will be for the customer's account.
RETURNS + EXCHANGE
Be mindful while placing your orders as Sacred Ornaments does not accept any returns or exchanges. Only in the case of a defective order, we will do so. (please read the paragraph above « error in delivery to see our terms for defective items). Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Sacred Ornaments will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
REPAIRS
We will repair or replace faulty items free of charge within 21 days of purchase. Please contact contact@sacredornamenrsbali.com and include in the email your name, order number, and a picture of the damage. If the item has been damaged by the customer there will be a charge for this service. Please contact contact@sacredornamenrsbali.com and we will give a quotation regarding the repair costs. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
CANCEL
Sacred Ornaments can cancel any orders and shipping in case of partial payment or failure. And can refuse accepting orders and/or shipping from customers with payment difficulty history.
